The Miami football program will begin a huge month of official visits on Friday when they host 16 2025 prospects. Miami 2025 commits, tight ends Luka Gilbert, Takaylen Muex and Brock Schott highlight the visits for Miami. Miami currently has the 30th-ranked 2025 class with seven commits.
LSU cornerback commit Jaboree Antoine is the only other official visitor to Miami this weekend who is currently committed. Seven of the visitors to Coral Gables this weekend are on offense, eight on defense and one is listed as an athlete. Per the 247Sports list, all but two visitors to Miami this weekend are warm on the Hurricanes.
In addition to Gilbert, Muex and Scott, Miami is hosting offensive tackle Jaden Wilkerson, running backs Byron Louis and Shekai Mills-Knight and wide receiver Tyler Williams as 2025 prospects on offense. Gilbert who is 143rd in the 247Sports composite rankings is the highest offensive official visitor to Miami this weekend.
Other than Antoine, defensive lineman Floyd Boucard, CB Aidan Anding, edge rushers Javeon Campbell, Zion Grady and Hayden Lowe and linebackers, Ezekiel Marcelin and Eric Winters are the defensive prospects visiting Miami this weekend. Andrew Purcell is listed as an athlete by 247Sports and CB by On3.
No 247Sports crystal balls are logged in Miami’s favor among the official visitors this weekend other than the three prospects committed to the Hurricanes. Marcelin has a 95 percent chance of committing to Miami per On3 and Williams at 29. Those are the only two prospects Miami is the leader for per On3.
Other prospects Miami is in good position for among the official visitors this weekend are Grady at 40 percent which is second to Alabama and 32 percent for Louis which is second to Florida State. Miami has not traditionally fared well with gaining commitments in the first weekend per Gaby Urrutia of Inside the U.
Miami has recruited well during June under Mario Cristobal. The Hurricanes will also host 16 2025 prospects the weekend of June 7. Miami 2025 quarterback commit Luke Nickel will highlight next weekend. Four 2025 prospects committed elsewhere will also visit the weekend of June 7.
